Ground Floor

This coastal cottage offers a large open plan living area with views of Budle Bay and out to sea, the large dining area encompasses a dining table and chairs seating 8 people and a traditional cottage style kitchen with AGA compliments this holiday home and is complete with all of the utensils and cooking appliances you need. The holiday cottage also boasts a spacious and idyllic conservatory with driftwood table and chairs, the views from the conservatory are the best in the area. There is a very large games room with pool table and a flat screen wall mounted TV. Off the games room, Budle Newtown has a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and separate twin bedroom. There is a ground floor shower room and WC.

Comprises of a large double room with views of Budle Bay and out to sea. There is also another double room / twin room perfect for the children. Very modern bathroom with stand-alone bath, WC, WHB and separate shower.
